Rates are listed per room per night and include: accommodation in a chosen room and continental buffet breakfast.
During special events in the Vila Castanea special rates may be applied, in this case we will notify you at the reservation. In the period from 15th October till 15th March a minimum stay of 2 nights is required.

Terms and Conditions
Rooms are available on the day of arrival from 15:00 till 21:00 and on the day of departure until 11:00.
Confirmation of reservation
For the final reservation the offer sent from the Vila Castanea must be confirmed with a payment amounting to 30% of the value of the offer, namely to the account of the company.
By reservation, the guest agrees with the Vila Castanea’s rules of cancellation and all other terms and conditions relating to reservation and stay (house rules,..) in the Vila Castanea.
Cancellation of reservation
In case of cancellation of reservation up to 16 days prior to the scheduled arrival, we will not charge the cancellation charges.
In case of cancellation of 15 days or less before the scheduled arrival and on the arrival day we will be charged the total value of the first night.
Ways of payment
To confirm your reservation 30% of the value of reservation has to bee settled to the business account after the offer, the remaining amount is settled at the reception at the time of departure with cash or credit cards.
With cash or Credit Cards at the reception
We accept credit cards: Maestro, MasterCard and Visa. The reservation / package value is settled according to the invoice issued to you by the reception to the business account. 30% of the value is settled to confirm the reservation after the offer, the remaining amount is settled on departure with a credit card or cash.
All rates include VAT. Price list is valid from 01st January 2023 till further notice.
